Diversion

Greetings from South Dakota!

Only I'm not supposed to be in South Dakota. I'm supposed to be in Minnesota. We were diverted because of storms, then our flight was delayed further due to mechanical problems. Three 1/2 hours later, and we are about to be allowed to get back on the plane (in theory). It has been a mad rush of phone calls to find someone to pick up the kids from daycare (DH left town this afternoon for the remainder of the week), and find someone to watch them later tonight in case we are delayed further.

This is not an exciting airport.

I will be very glad to get home and have something other than a wilted $7.50 sandwich!
